James Fleckenstein has twenty years in fire/ EMS, sixteen years as a paramedic, and Department of State contractor in Iraq and Afghanistan. He has worked in rural and urban 911 systems with thousands of 911 responses. In addition to his field experience, he has also been involved in emergency response preplanning and designing medical kits for mass casualty and active shooter responses.
