Trauma kits are designed for severe traumatic injuries. They will include items to address major life threats of trauma like major bleeding, airway compromise, and pneumothorax (collapsed lung).
First aid kits are for less severe injuries, but also have a wider variety of less severe injuries. It would include minor bleeding control, wound cleaning, and ice packs.
Emergency kits normally contain equipment for emergencies beyond medical equipment. This may be flashlights, radios, emergency food or water, and more.
